Teller - No Weekends

First National Bank of America is seeking a Bank Teller to join our East Lansing Branch at our Headquarters. The Bank Teller will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our customers. Your ability to communicate efficiently and effectively will be crucial to your success and the success of our clients. A successful Bank Teller will be able to combine accuracy and follow-through, have an optimistic outlook, enthusiastic personality and be able to adapt to changes in pace of work.

• Being resourceful in finding solutions to meet our customers' needs
• Processing monetary transactions for customers while maintaining excellent balancing records
• Assisting with branch operational tasks while maintaining knowledge of security procedures and bank policies
• Answering incoming calls from customers, assisting them with inquiries or transferring to other departments as needed
• Engage in outbound calls to provide exceptional service and follow up to our customers
• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed towards improving customer financial wellbeing while creating loyalty
• Cross-sell bank services and digital banking solutions including mobile apps, online banking, and ATM services
• Achieve monthly referral goals and contribute to branch sales objectives
• Responsible for self-directed development of product knowledge, focused on all aspects of bank products, services, policies and procedures

• Ability to multitask, self-organize, and self-monitor follow up
• Exhibit strong sense of detail
• Professional writing and communication skills
• Previous banking experience not required but preferred
