Overview

. This role supports the Country Living (consumer) loan processing and documentation operations, fosters customer relationships, and collaborates with association staff.

Location:

East Lansing, MI.

Working hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

• Collect, coordinate, and upload documentation; facilitate loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Clear any approval conditions as outlined by legal or credit.
• Perform tasks across data entry, loan servicing, property management coordination, and supply ordering.
• Order title commitments, flood insurance, and appraisals; generate loan documents; read legal descriptions.
• Work closely with the loan officer and borrower to clear exceptions prior to closing.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service in daily interactions.
• Interact with customers daily, answer incoming calls, receip t payments, and disburse funds.

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service or office experience
• Mortgage, loan, or title experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
