As a User Experience (UX) Designer for our marketing site properties, you will be putting your skills for crafting great experiences to use every day. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help bridge departments to create online experiences that showcase Tech Smith’s robust product offerings and ensure all consumers navigate their way to success.

Your responsibilities will include working with the marketing team, growth leads, business stakeholders and software engineers to advocate for users and define best practice UX patterns and workflows to maximize conversion through our site and ecommerce experiences. You’ll use the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other tools to prototype, validate, and refine your designs with users and stakeholders and then collaborate with development teams to implement.

• Strategic Design & Conversion: Leads the design and optimization of digital experiences across a global marketing site structure and e‑commerce conversion funnels. Focuses on user‑centered design, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, including digital marketing and development, to create seamless and intuitive experiences that drive user engagement and increase conversion rates. Seek alignment of business goals and user needs.
  • Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes and user flows in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Visual Brand Steward: applies the visual identity across user experiences to bring the brand vision to life. Supports the evolution of the visual and interactive expression of the brand in digital experiences. Works across marketing to align user experience with storytelling and brand voice.
  • Ensures brand consistency in UX design, layout, and user flow across all platforms.
  • Translates messaging into compelling, user‑friendly digital experiences.
