The senior seat. Own how Vidya reaches students at Michigan State, and whether they stay.

Vidya is an AI learning companion for higher education. Office hours end  main feature is the Digital Twin, a professor's own teaching answering their students at any hour in their voice, and around it sits a companion that learns you over time. We launch on campus this fall.

We are early, building fast, and looking for the person who takes this to campus and makes it spread.

You are early in your career and you cannot sit still. You have grown something with your own hands: an account, a club, a campaign, a small business. Something you were checking even at 3am, not because anyone was watching, but because you were passionate and wanted to know how far it could go.

You can carry yourself in a room with people twice your age. You know a good hook from a loud one. You would rather hear no to your face than be ignored over email. Most of all, you want ownership, and you think like a founder rather than someone waiting for a campaign brief.

Early-stage and high-ownership. The people who build a company at this stage tend to end up owning more of it than a job listing ever suggests.

Roughly 10 to 15 hours a week during the semester, in person in East Lansing, because none of this work happens over email.

• How Vidya reaches students at Michigan State, and whether they stay. You will build and run the campus ambassador team, plan the activations, shape the message, and own the numbers underneath all of it.
• You are on campus most days, so you already know where people actually spend their time here, which buildings fill up during finals, and which group chats things travel through. That knowledge is most of the advantage.
• Some weeks you are at a table outside the union getting a hundred people to download the app.
• Some weeks you are rebuilding the ambassador onboarding because the first version did not stick.
• Some weeks you are digging into why signups spiked on Tuesday and died on Thursday. If you want one lane, this will frustrate you.

• You make things yourself: write, design, shoot, and cut short-form video without waiting for someone else.
• You have grown something real, however small, and can point to what actually happened to it.
• You are fluent across current AI tools and reach for them first.
• You are around East Lansing and on campus regularly during the semester.

• Design taste.
• Experience leading a campus organization.
• Comfort with analytics.
• A social account you have grown yourself.
