  • Full Time Night Shift - Typically three 12-hour shifts (7pm - 7am) with every third weekend off
  • Part Time Night Shift - Every other weekend

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) responsible for overseeing the care plan for subacute rehab clients, mentoring staff, ensuring quality and safety, and providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors. Key duties include:

  • Assigning nursing tasks
  • Checking medication carts and refrigerators
  • Monitoring high-risk clients
  • Mentoring nurses and supervising CNAs
  • Promoting quality initiatives
  • Conducting compliance audits
  • Triaging client condition changes
  • Assisting with admissions and assessments
  • Initiating IVs when needed

Qualifications: Valid Michigan RN license, clinical experience in healthcare settings, excellent assessment skills, current CPR certification (or within 90 days), ability to work 12-hour shifts, flexible hours, and effective communication skills in English.
