• Proactively greet and welcome every customer, creating a welcoming environment.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products, using comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of their needs.
• Meet and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and on time following company guidelines.
• Boost product knowledge by staying informed about nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail store; includes cash handling, inventory counts, deposits, and maintaining store appearance.
• Restock, maintain visual merchandising, fulfill online orders, and perform cleaning duties when not engaging customers.

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand‑to‑finger motions.
• Frequent lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally up to forty pounds; push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50°F to 85°F.
• Use of a computer up to 60% of the time.

• Flexible hours; may work nights, mornings, weekends, and major holidays when the store is open.

• Minimum age 18.
• Strong communication skills and positive customer interaction.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.
