Billing Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support invoicing and administrative operations for a Contract position based in East Liberty NT, Ohio. In this role, you will help maintain accurate billing records, process documentation for active client accounts, and ensure customer information remains current. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computerized billing tools in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process invoices for active client accounts with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

- Enter billing details and related information into company systems while maintaining complete and organized records.

- Coordinate billing activities by reviewing account information and resolving routine discrepancies in documentation.

- Support the handling of bills of lading and other shipping or account documents needed for billing purposes.

- Update customer profiles, account details, and filing systems to keep records accurate and current.

- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance that helps the billing function operate efficiently.

- Review billing statements and related materials to confirm completeness before distribution or follow-up.

- Assist with collection-related billing tasks and communicate internally regarding account status when needed. Requirements - Experience performing billing duties in an administrative or office support environment.

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with invoicing, billing statements, and account documentation.

- Ability to work effectively with computerized billing systems and standard office software.

- Organized approach to managing files, records, and multiple tasks at once.

- Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

- Prior exposure to billing support, billing collection activities, or related account processes is preferred.
