Construction Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Technician 2 to join our team in East Liberty, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction support, technical problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project completion.

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment and systems.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support construction activities.
• Perform site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in construction technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction or a related technical field.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and may require lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Safety is a top priority, and all employees are expected to follow established safety protocols.
