Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex workplace investigations on employee concerns, harassment claims, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of confidentiality, and related matters.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide support to department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues, and offer coaching and counseling on training, corrective action, performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and grievances.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Required:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 2 years of HR experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
  • Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months, and maintain biennially.
  • Ability to travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Human Resources Professional Certification.
