Incineration Group Manager

Arcwood Environmental is hiring a General Manager (incinerator operations) in East Liverpool, OH. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, five or more years of experience in hazardous waste or chemical handling procedures, supervisory experience is desirable, and a team‑player with solid safety and housekeeping skills.

• Manage incinerator operations in conformance with SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and all applicable regulations.
• Inspect production area, equipment and document findings.
• Identify regulatory compliance and maintenance problems and implement corrective action.
• Ensure adequate training of incineration/operations personnel.
• Supervise Operations Technicians.
• Assume Incident Command during an emergency.
• Ensure safety standards/policies are followed for employees and contractors.
• Supervise maintenance and E/I activities during nights and weekends.
• Communicate with BOP to ensure efficient processing of waste feeds.
