As a Creditors Clerk, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounts payable function. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all supplier invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Your role will also involve reconciling accounts, preparing payment runs, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and process payment runs
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve any payment-related queries
• Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks as required
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Financ

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software, preferably SAP
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
