Our client, a reputable accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their team in East London . This on-site role involves leading audit engagements, managing audit teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to a diverse client base. You will play a pivotal role in assessing financial risks, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to clients.

• Lead and manage financial statement audits from planning to completion, including team supervision.
• Assess client internal controls and identify areas of risk and operational improvement.
• Perform audit procedures, including testing of account balances and transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding audit findings, recommendations, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards (ISA) and relevant regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Auditing; must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in external auditing.
• Strong knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
