• Review job bills and estimate total costs accurately.
• Apply appropriate mark‑ups to ensure profitability.
• Source and compare suppliers/quotes to identify the most cost‑effective option.
  Maintain accurate records of all costings and quotations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure budgets are adhered to.

• Proven experience in job costing, estimating, or cost specialist roles within the construction industry (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to negotiate and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills.
