Project Manager, Civil Engineering

Requirements:

• A relevant BSc / Btech or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Project Management
• Must be registered with SACPCMP, or eligible to register
• At least 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager/Construction Manager of medium to large company.
• Have sound experience as a contracts manager and quantity surveyor in General Buildings (GB), Electrical Works (EB), Mechanical Works (ME), Civil Works (CE) and Structural Works.
• Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft, CCS and Xero).
• Must be able to estimate.
• Planning, Forecasting, Cashflow, Subcontract Manager, Cost and allowable.
• Experience in Building& Civil Projects.
• A valid South African Driver’s licence.
