• Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, plumbers) on construction sites.
• Prepare construction sites, including clearing, excavating, and setting up safety barriers.
• Learn to operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, mortar, and asphalt.
• Transport materials and equipment around the construction site.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and participate in site safety briefings.

• Minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent.
• A strong interest in working in the construction industry.
