About the Role

Our client is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Apprentice Construction Workers in East London. This apprenticeship provides a solid foundation in general construction practices, offering exposure to various trades and project phases. You will learn essential site safety, tool operation, material handling and basic construction techniques under the guidance of experienced foremen and tradespeople. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are keen to develop a versatile skill set in the construction industry in East London.

• Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers, etc.) with their tasks.
• Learn and practice safe site operations, including hazard identification and control.
• Handle, transport, and store construction materials and tools appropriately.
• Perform basic tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, and site clean-up.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent education.
• A strong willingness to learn and perform manual labor.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Commitment to safety regulations and following instructions.
