ROLE OVERVIEWThe Signage Coordinator is responsible for managing the design, production, and installation of signage across multiple properties. This role ensures all signage aligns with brand guidelines, project specifications, and quality standards. The incumbent will coordinate with designers, vendors, tenants, and internal stakeholders while managing timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the signage lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Signage Design & Production- Create and design signage using existing branded templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare artwork files for print and manage design approval processes.
- Coordinate the production, delivery, and installation of signage, including logistics and on-site setup.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of signage assets and their locations.
- Oversee the full signage lifecycle, from concept development to final installation.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure signage aligns with overall project objectives.
- Manage signage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for signage production and installation.
- Ensure all signage complies with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure correct installation and ongoing maintenance.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, project managers, tenants, and suppliers.
- Communicate project requirements, timelines, and progress updates clearly and effectively.
- Maintain strong working relationships through open and professional communication.
- Assist with the development and implementation of signage logistics plans.
- Order signage materials and manage inventory across multiple properties and companies.
- Support the distribution of additional marketing and promotional collateral as required.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Working knowledge of signage materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
- Understanding of brand guidelines, relevant codes, and accessibility standards.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure.
