Elementary Homeroom Teacher in Mexico

Overview

The Churchill School & College Mexico City is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to work with a dedicated team in the Primary department (KS2) to start in AUGUST 2026
.

The Churchill School & College, part of The Anglo Foundation, offers bilingual education for students aged 2 to 18. It is an authorized center for IB (Primary Years, Middle Years, Diploma) and Cambridge (Primary, Lower Secondary, Upper Secondary) programs.

Located in Mexico City, a vibrant and culturally rich metropolis, the school provides teachers with housing in a popular residential area near the campus, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, theaters, and public transportation.

The successful applicant for this position will:

• Hold a BA Degree in Education (mandatory)
• Advanced English, C2 or native (mandatory)
• Be passionate about teaching and learning
• Hold a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
• Have at least two years of teaching experience
• Have experience in, or knowledge of, IB and Cambridge programmes (preferred)
• Be able to engage and motivate students
• Use assessment for learning tools, adapting instruction to individual needs
• Seek to consistently improve their practice
• Promote the values of the school
