The ideal candidate will:

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective assessment practices
• Demonstrate warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills
• Be committed to inclusive education and supporting pupils of all backgrounds and abilities
• Share and support the ethos and values of an Islamic independent school
• Have a genuine passion for helping children flourish academically and personally
