Overview

We are seeking a loving, energetic, and faith-centered Early Childhood Teacher to lead a classroom for children aged 2–3 years. The ideal candidate will be creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated to nurturing young children’s spiritual, social, emotional, and developmental growth.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate daily programmes that promote cognitive, language, motor, and social development.

• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.

• Use play-based and creative activities to engage toddlers and support developmental milestones.

• Manage classroom behaviour with patience, consistency, and positive guidance strategies.

• Communicate regularly and respectfully with parents regarding children’s progress, routines, and any concerns.

• Observe, assess, and document children’s development, adapting activities to meet individual needs.

• Maintain classroom cleanliness, conduct safety checks, and manage inventory of supplies.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and special events, collaborating effectively with school leadership and families.

• Proven experience working with toddlers (2–3 years old) in a childcare or preschool setting.

• A genuine love for working with young children.

• High energy levels with an enthusiastic, creative, patient, and nurturing approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Ability to manage a busy classroom while maintaining professionalism and appropriate boundaries.

• ECD (Early Childhood Development) certification.

• Valid First Aid certification.

• Experience with play-based or emergent curriculum approaches and toddler developmental assessments.
