Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with A+ and N+ certificates
2+ years working experience in a similar IT role
Advantageous – MCSE / MCITP / Active Directory and MS Server experience / VMware & Hyver V experience
Good communication skills and forward thinking
Valid drivers and willingness to travel extensively

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Remote & On-Site Support – 1st and 2nd line remote and onsite support; POS installations; IT maintenance & management; manage 3rd party support calls
Hardware & Software – Manage / maintenance software: MS OS, MS 365, Pastel Evolution, Third Party Software; configure/maintain hardware – desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric readers
Infrastructure – Configure / maintain IT infrastructure; provide solutions; LAN infrastructure
Training – Provide training and ensure training material is updated

Salary:

Negotiable salary + working tools provided
