Security Awareness Trainer

Our client is seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Security Awareness Trainer to educate their workforce on cybersecurity best practices, based in East London . This role is critical in cultivating a security-conscious culture throughout the organization, reducing human-related security risks. You will develop and deliver training programs, create educational materials, and monitor training effectiveness. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for in-person sessions and team collaboration while incorporating remote flexibility.

• Develop and deliver engaging security awareness training programs for all employees.
• Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and documentation.
• Conduct phishing simulations and analyze results to gauge employee susceptibility.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices to inform training content.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Education, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness training, communication, or a related field.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with common cybersecurity threats and attack vectors (e.g., phishing, social engineering).
• Experience in developing educational content and training materials.
