Senior Data Scientist - Predictive Modeling

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations relevant to business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data science problems.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate model performance.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge base.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in data science, with a strong focus on predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Keras, stats models).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, time series analysis), and experimental design.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas, Spark).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
