About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Web Developer to join their technology team in East London. You will work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby).
- Collaborate with frontend developers and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of backend logic with user-facing elements.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of web applications in East London.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend development languages and frameworks.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, No
SQL) and API development. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
