Lead QA Engineer

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for software applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, overseeing their daily tasks and professional development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing.
• Proven experience in a Lead QA Engineer role or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and frameworks.
• Proficiency in writing test cases, reporting bugs, and analyzing test results.
