• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietors.
• Prepare financial statements and perform general accounting functions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide expert tax advice and planning to help clients minimize liabilities and maximize financial performance.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and provide financial guidance.
• Stay current with federal and state tax laws, ensuring all filings are compliant and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting operations.
• Deliver exceptional client service, building long‑term professional relationships built on trust and reliability.

• Active CPA or EA license (required).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in tax preparation and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Quick Books or Xero (experience preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional, fast‑paced office environment.
