Seasonal Second Shift / Saturday Receptionist
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Second Shift Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations during second shift hours
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Second shift (2-8pm and Saturday 9-5pm)
Seasonal:
February 1st - April 15th

East Longmeadow, MA
