- Full-Time | Temporary | ASAP Start
- $23.00 - $27.00/hr
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership with daily operations, project coordination, and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do:- Coordinate meetings, appointments, emails, and projects
- Take meeting minutes and prepare reports
- Assist with budgets and data collection
- Support faculty, staff, students, and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of administrative assistant or office management experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Power BI experience is a plus!
Temporary assignment through the hiring of a permanent employee. Some evening and weekend availability may be required
