Dietary Cook – East Longmeadow, MA

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dietary Cook to join our Care One Culinary Arts team. As a vital member of our food services, you will ensure delicious, nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, LTACH, and sub-acute care settings.

Prepare meals in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, following established policies and procedures and under the direction of the Head Cook and/or Director of Food Services. Guarantee consistently high-quality food service.

* The role requires preparing large quantities of food, reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English, and providing excellent customer service. It involves overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and collaborating with the kitchen leadership.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility (preferred).
• Ability to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Strong customer service skills.

We offer part-time (22.5+ hours/week) and full-time opportunities at competitive pay ranging from $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
