Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $48.00/hr

Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our fast-growing manufacturing client in searching for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in East Longmeadow, MA
. This is a temp-to-perm role with strong potential for permanent hire for the right individual.

The HRBP will serve as a strategic and hands‑on partner to leadership, salaried employees, and a unionized hourly workforce at a rapidly expanding facility with significant hiring needs based on expansion.

Salary: $40 to $48 per hour ($90,000 to $100,000 for permanent)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, and culture‑building initiatives
  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce ramp‑up for large‑scale hiring
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, benefits administration, and HRIS updates
  • Support payroll, benefits, training, and development initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted, service‑minded HR resource for both employees and leaders
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee relations
  • Manufacturing environment experience required; union experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, payroll, benefits, and health & safety regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred)
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and ethical judgment
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and decision‑making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/business metrics
  • Service‑minded, employee‑first approach
