Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our fast-growing manufacturing client in searching for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in East Longmeadow, MA
. This is a temp-to-perm role with strong potential for permanent hire for the right individual.
The HRBP will serve as a strategic and hands‑on partner to leadership, salaried employees, and a unionized hourly workforce at a rapidly expanding facility with significant hiring needs based on expansion.
Salary: $40 to $48 per hour ($90,000 to $100,000 for permanent)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
What You’ll Do- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs
- Advise leaders on employee relations, workforce planning, and culture‑building initiatives
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce ramp‑up for large‑scale hiring
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, benefits administration, and HRIS updates
- Support payroll, benefits, training, and development initiatives
- Serve as a trusted, service‑minded HR resource for both employees and leaders
- 7+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee relations
- Manufacturing environment experience required; union experience strongly preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
- Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, payroll, benefits, and health & safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred)
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ethical judgment
- Strong planning, prioritization, and decision‑making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/business metrics
- Service‑minded, employee‑first approach
