The Center for Human Development is seeking a Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical and administrative leadership at Heron House, an 18-bed EMGLE program in East Longmeadow, MA. This is a fully on-site leadership role directing nursing operations and team development.
The Nurse Supervisor will ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and coordinate care across disciplines to support residents with complex behavioral health and medical needs.
