The incoming doctor will oversee medical standards, mentor fellow veterinarians, and shape clinical protocols while maintaining an active caseload. • Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and diagnostic care to patients
• Lead and mentor the veterinary team while ensuring best practices in patient care
• Develop, implement, and maintain medical protocols
• Support client communication and education
• Promote a collaborative, positive, and growth-focused team culture

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited institution
• Eligible for or holding a current Massachusetts veterinary license
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and surgical skills
