- Oversee all pre-construction activities, including estimating and scheduling.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and track project submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, enhancing team capabilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance to meet project goals.
- Prepare and review monthly project budgets and documents.
- Facilitate project closeout, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are completed.
