General Manager

Our team is hiring a go‑getter General Manager.

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide mentoring to improve their departments and overall restaurant performance.
• Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.

Previous general manager experience running high‑volume locations is strongly desired, preferably in quick‑service restaurants; experience in hospitality or retail is also acceptable. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
