As a Counter Salesperson, you will assist customers with purchasing decisions, advise them on selection, and process billing of materials. Your time will involve strong customer interaction via in‑person and phone communications, answering phone calls from customers and vendors, setting up deliveries, and advising on the estimated time of arrival for materials. You will also interact with manufacturers regarding quotes and lead times.

Use of A+ to process sales on a regular basis is required.

• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and advise on material selection.

• Answer phone calls from customers and vendors and provide timely information.
• Set up deliveries and advise on estimated time of arrival for materials.
• Interact with manufacturers regarding quotes, lead times, and product information.
• Use A+ to process sales on a regular basis.

• Well spoken with a professional appearance.
• Familiarity with building supplies.
• Experience in sales of building materials and masonry preferred.
• Experience with A+ and CRM is a plus.
• Strong mathematical, language, computer, and email skills.
• Organizational and multi‑tasking skills are essential.
