Pay: $25-$32/hour (based on experience and certification)
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 11:50 AM-2:20 PM

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to provide school-based ABA support during a consistent mid-day schedule. This role is perfect for professionals looking for meaningful work that fits seamlessly into their day.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 behavioral support under BCBA supervision
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect data and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with school staff and clinical supervisors
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- School-based or special education experience required
- RBT certification preferred (not required)
- ABA experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Competitive hourly pay
