Employment Type: Full‑time

Salary Range: $65,000 – $68,000 per year

Assist Nassau Financial to live out its Service Mission by providing outstanding service to members and internal stakeholders. Provide core system administration, technical support to end‑users, and liaison to vendors for the core system, network, and telecommunications equipment.

• Monitor and respond to staff technical issues submitted via Help Desk, email, phone, or instant messaging; collect necessary information to troubleshoot and resolve promptly; document diagnostic steps in the incident management system.
• Perform user setup, administration, configuration, or troubleshooting; conduct preventive and diagnostic maintenance on computers, servers, and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of technology assets and ensure all software versions and licenses are current.
• Manage enterprise directory services, including admin and maintenance of end‑user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Identify required server and software upgrades; coordinate with vendors and internal IT staff to schedule upgrades.
• Install software and equipment on a day‑to‑day or project basis; arrange repairs for existing workstations and related equipment.
• Assist with branch/ITM communications issues and maintain availability of remote IT services, including web applications and ITMs.
• Design, maintain, and monitor daily batch jobs through the core banking platform interface and/or automation platform.

• Four‑year college degree in information technology or equivalent education and experience.
• 5‑8 years of experience in IT systems, including core system data processing.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining batch processing files and jobs.
• CompTIA A+ certification, Microsoft Technology Associate, or comparable experience.
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment and Windows‑based server administration.
• Experience with server backups and retrieval, both in‑house and cloud‑based.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours including weekends to meet organizational needs.
