Dishwasher (PT) (Food Services)

Our East Meadow store is seeking a PT Dishwasher for their Kitchen team! Our Dishwasher will be responsible for washing plates, dishes, utensils, baking dishes/sheets and all other dirty kitchen ware. The Dishwasher will also clean appliances and industrial equipment as needed, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed.

• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes, baking pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, serving spoons/tools by washing all items that need to be washed and cleaned
• Preparing kitchen area stations with clean cooking utensils, tools, pots, pans, bowls, plates, etc.
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen
• Removing the trash and rinsing garbage cans
• Supporting other kitchen staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
• Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures

• 18 years or older
• Previous experience working as a dishwasher is a plus
• Ability to stand or walk for 8‑hour shifts and lift at least 25 pounds
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
