With over 40 locations across New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and West Virginia, we provide our valued clients with exceptional customer service and a top‑notch luxury tanning experience.

• Work in a hands‑on fashion to help the team thrive and grow.
• Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Implement and enforce customer service practices to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Manage and develop staff members, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain strict inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

$24.00 per hour + commission.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and a strong sales background.
• Emphasis on teamwork with a demonstrated ability to flourish in a dynamic learning environment.
• Minimum of 23 years of successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 23 years of managerial or supervisory experience, overseeing comprehensive staff management.
• Dedication to meeting and surpassing performance expectations, including achieving or surpassing sales targets and established store goals.
• Passion for maintaining store image and ensuring exceptional first‑time impressions.
• Flexibility and dependability regarding work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; full‑time commitment essential.
• Willingness to address store obstacles on an on‑call basis.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office programs like Word and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to new procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with customers, colleagues, and upper management.
• Strict adherence to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures.
• Physical stamina to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Knowledge of the tanning and spa industry is a plus.
