FT PT Security Officers - Nassau County
Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently looking for UNARMED SECURITY SHIFT OFFICERS in Nassau County, NY.
Locations & Shifts- East Meadow:
Saturday-Sunday Pay Rate: $16.50/hr. - East Meadow:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Pay Rate: $16.50/hr. - Oceanside (comp exp.):
Wednesday-Sunday Pay Rate: $17.00/hr. - Long Beach:
Monday - Tuesday Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
- Valid NYS Security Guard License.
- Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
- Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
- Military experience a plus.
- Protective security experience a plus.
