Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently looking for UNARMED SECURITY SHIFT OFFICERS in Nassau County, NY.

• East Meadow:
  Saturday-Sunday  Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
• East Meadow:
  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday  Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
• Oceanside (comp exp.):
  Wednesday-Sunday  Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.
• Long Beach:
  Monday - Tuesday  Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
• Military experience a plus.
• Protective security experience a plus.
