Wildwood Church in East Moline, IL seeks a dynamic and devoted leader to spearhead a Christ‑centered youth program. Your role will be to nurture discipleship, equip leaders, and align the program with the church’s mission and vision. You will teach biblical lessons, foster relational ministry, develop leadership, and integrate technology to engage youth.

• Lead and develop a Christ‑centered youth ministry program.
• Deliver biblical teaching sessions.
• Build relational ministry for youth and families.
• Use technology tools to engage and connect with youth.
• Develop and mentor youth leaders.
• Promote the church’s core values:
  Biblical Eldership, Meaningful Membership, Family Transformation, Community Impact.

• Biblical teaching skills and deep personal faith.
• Proficiency in relational ministry and pastoral care.
• Tech‑savviness and ability to integrate digital tools.
• Experience in leadership development.
• Passion for fostering spiritual growth in youth.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
