Pay Range: $35.00/hr – $38.00/hr

Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, SLP, OT, or COTA) for an in‑house skilled nursing facility.

Responsible for all aspects of therapy operations at the facility in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations.

• Help provide the best possible therapy services to patients consistent with established standards of practice and company and department procedures.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the therapy program in the assigned facility/facilities.
• Know and adhere to all regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, processes and guidelines, job description, certification requirements, HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and resident rights.
• Establish facility‑specific procedures in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and train all therapy staff on these procedures.
• Ensure all therapists provide therapy services in accordance with regulatory requirements, established standards of practice, company policies and procedures, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards.
• Ensure therapists adhere to regulatory requirements and company procedures regarding documentation and billing.
• Communicate and interact professionally and respectfully with patients and family members and meet their requests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively discharge responsibilities.

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Active license (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP) in the state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.
• Preferred experience with PDPM and MDS management.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
