Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at Sigma Rehab, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands‑on therapy to help them achieve their goals.

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, including exercise, manual therapy, and equipment, to provide effective therapy to patients
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and self‑care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Stay up‑to‑date on the latest developments and techniques in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist
