Physical Therapist (PT) Director of Rehab (DOR) In House – Evolve Therapy Services, LLC (East Moline, IL)
Base pay range: $42.00/hr – $46.00/hr
Job PositionDirector of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, SLP, OT, or COTA) for an in‑house Skilled Nursing Facility.
Job SummaryResponsible for all aspects of therapy operations at the facility in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations.
Responsibilities- Provide the best possible therapy services to patients consistent with established standards of practice and company and department procedures.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the therapy program in assigned facility/facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including HIPAA and resident rights.
- Establish facility‑specific procedures in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and train all therapy staff on established procedures.
- Ensure therapists provide services in accordance with regulatory requirements, standards of practice, company policies, and productivity standards.
- Ensure therapists adhere to regulations and company procedures regarding documentation and billing.
- Communicate professionally with patients and family members and meet their requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned to effectively discharge the responsibilities of the position and serve the organization’s best interests.
- Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
- Active licensure (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP) in the state(s) of practice.
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.
- Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
