Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing daily activities and events for residents, including crafts, games, outings, and entertainment programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination of activities and events
• Participate in the planning and execution of special events, such as holiday celebrations and theme days
• Collaborate with staff to identify and address resident needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate records and reports on resident participation and activity outcomes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist residents with transfers and ambulation
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
