Allure Healthcare Services is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Float Pool across Northern and Central Illinois. This role offers flexible scheduling, PRN to full-time options, and up to 12‑hour shifts.

Base pay: $37.00/hr – $45.00/hr rns are paid $45/hr and LPNs $37/hr you’ll receive a free meal per shift, free snacks and drinks in the staff breakroom, a newly renovated breakroom with flat‑screen TV, gaming system, ping‑pong table and comfortable seating. • Deliver direct patient care according to care plans and physician orders.
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high‑quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Point Click Care  (PCC).
• Foster resident‑centered care and build strong relationships with families.

• Active, unrestricted Illinois LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast‑paced environment.
