• Assist residents with basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting, and showering.
• Respond immediately to residents’ calls for assistance and alert a nurse of any changes in condition.
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and support their physical strength.
• Replace linens on beds and assist residents with keeping rooms clean.

• Current and unrestricted CNA license.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care facility.
