• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.

You are an essential member of a facility’s medical team. Your responsibilities include:

• Charting and recording the administration of medication and treatment.
• Observing patients and performing specific procedures such as reading vital signs, measuring weight and height, and running diagnostic tests.
