Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Crowne Forest, a 120-unit apartment community in East Moline, IL. The role focuses on maintaining property appearance and resident satisfaction through hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities include handling work requests, appliance repairs, preparing vacant units, and occasional on-call duties with a trip stipend. A 1–2 year maintenance background and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are preferred.
